At Boumheads, Natalie brings together a team with more than two decades of senior leadership and transformation experience across finance, accounting, operations, manufacturing, technology and government with experience in Fortune 500 companies working across Canada, the United States, MENA and Asia.
The team has helped organizations ranging from growing businesses to enterprises with thousands of employees improve performance, redesign processes, strengthen teams and build the capabilities needed to scale.
Natalie brings a particular strength in connecting the financial and operational sides of a business. She helps SMBs identify the underlying causes of performance problems, improve financial processes, shorten close cycles, build practical management reporting frameworks and establish the financial discipline needed to scale.
Her approach is complemented by her team with deep experience in operational transformation including Lean and Kaizen methodologies, enterprise-wide redesign and building practical operating capabilities within organizations.
Natalie's team combines strong business experience with rigorous academic credentials, including MBAs from Imperial College London (U.K) and professional qualifications in finance and management accounting.
